2025 Annual Allocation Lottery

December 1st-31st, 2025

Each retail store and mixed beverage will have a lottery box to gather entries.  Each site’s entries will be gathered and put in one box at our main office for the drawing for an opportunity to purchase these allocated products. Individuals can enter (1) one time per site and can only win (1) one bottle in the county.  On January 5, 2026, the administration office will contact the winner and advise them of which bottle was selected for them and if they want to purchase that bottle.  The winner will have (2) two weeks to come to the main office at 273 NE Broad Street in Southern Pines, N.C. to purchase their winning allocated bottle. If the bottle is not picked up and paid for during this time, an alternate will be drawn and given an opportunity to purchase.
